Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 2025

Welcome to the official website of Global Youth Conference 2026 (https://globalyouthconferences.org/). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring full transparency on how your personal data is collected, stored, and used.

Our Role: Independent Third-Party Service

Global Youth Conferences is an independent third-party service. We are not the organiser or host of the conferences, summits, forums, fellowships and other programmes listed on this website, unless an event page clearly states otherwise. Each event is organised and run by its own host organisation, which is named on the event page.

When you apply through our website, all the details you submit — including your name, email address, WhatsApp number, nationality, passport number, CV and any notes — will be sent to the host of the event you apply for, so that they can process your application. The host’s own privacy policy then applies to how they use your data.

Service fee: we charge a service fee of USD $19 per application. This fee covers our work in preparing and forwarding your application and details to the host, and guiding you through the application process. The $19 service fee is non-refundable. It is our fee only and is separate from any registration, participation or programme fees charged by the host. Selection, acceptance, seats, invitation letters and event-related payments are decided and managed by the host.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of personal information:

• Full name and contact details (email, phone)
• Country of residence and nationality
• Academic or professional background
• Application details and uploaded documents (CV, videos, links, etc.)
• Payment or billing information (for self-funded attendees)

How We Use Your Information

Your data may be used to:

• Process your application and forward your details to the host of the event you apply for
• Process applications and event registrations
• Provide program updates and important notifications
• Assist with invitation letters and visa-related support
• Improve the overall participant experience
• Process payments, scholarships, or participation fees

We do not sell your information or share it with third-party advertisers. We share your application details only with the host of the event you apply for, as described above.

Ticket Booking & Refund Policy

Seats are limited and allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Once we reach our targeted participant capacity, registrations will close immediately.

Important notice — please read carefully:

1. We are not responsible for confirming or guaranteeing your seat until your registration is fully processed and officially accepted.
2. Completing payment or submitting your application does not automatically guarantee a seat.
3. Once the event reaches full capacity, no further approvals will be issued, even if you have applied.
4. No refunds will be issued once the participant limit is reached or once payment is submitted—regardless of the reason.

We strongly recommend booking early to maximize your chances of securing a spot.

Data Protection & Security

Your data is stored securely using encrypted systems. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, misuse, or modification.
