Global Youth Conferences is an independent third-party service, not the organiser or host of the events listed on this website. When you apply, all your application details are sent to the event host, and the host decides on selection, seats and participation.
Our service fee is USD $19 per application. This fee is charged by Global Youth Conferences for preparing and sending your details to the host and guiding you through the application process. It is separate from any registration, participation or programme fees charged by the host.
The $19 service fee is non-refundable. Any fees you pay directly to the event host are subject to the host’s own refund policy, so please contact the host for those refunds.
Please complete the Refund Form and clearly mention the reason for your refund request, along with your registration and payment details.
Your request will be forwarded to our Financial Department for review. Refunds are normally processed within 15–20 business days after the event or once registration closes, as per policy.
