About HSC Youth Ambassador Program 2027

The Hamburg Sustainability Conference (HSC) Youth Ambassador Program 2027 selects young sustainability leaders to help shape the conference in Hamburg, Germany, on 31 May and 1 June 2027. Ambassadors contribute their ideas and experience to formats at the conference and engage with global leaders working on the SDGs.

Before the conference, ambassadors join a Youth Roundtable Series on 7–11 December 2026 in a partner country, so the programme is a months-long engagement rather than a single event.

Who Can Apply?

Applicants must be 18–30, a citizen and resident of an OECD DAC ODA-recipient country, an active sustainability leader, and available on 7–11 December 2026.

Funding & Fees

The programme is fully funded: travel and accommodation are covered for selected ambassadors.
